Grove City Masonic Lodge No. 689, F. & A.M. of Ohio
Chartered in 1923, we are located in Central Ohio just two blocks west of Grove City’s Town Center. Look us up on Google Maps. We are proud to share facilities with the Order of the Eastern Star, Grove City Chapter No.502.
Questions?Freemasonry is an ancient fraternity that continues to evolve with society, yet steadfastly maintains it’s most central goals: teaching the importance of a belief in the Fatherhood of God and Brotherhood of Mankind. We are your neighbors; the citizens of Grove City and southwest Columbus with a wide variety of professions, religions, politics, incomes, and backgrounds. Visit About Us for more information.

2019 Friendship Night

If you have a friend, family member, or work acquaintance that you would like to join our Great Fraternity, and they have some questions about Freemasonry, this is the perfect event to have them attend to receive “More Light” on what Masonry is all about and what it has to offer them. The evening is open to everyone. Bring your future candidates, their wives, girlfriend, or anyone associated with the candidate to break bread and enjoy an informative meeting.

From our Facebook page…

Cannot say enough about the men and women who support the efforts of our lodge. People ask all the time, “how does Grove City do it?”
Let me tell you as best I can. There are well over a hundred people rowing this boat in the same direction. The term herding cats does not apply here. Everyone has one main goal in mind and we achieve each task as it is presented. The genuine love we share for each other is amazing. The coordination and results are proof.
This past week, our lodge pulled off a trifecta of sorts; we had a record breaking sub sale, we had the drawing of our 2nd annual raffle and we served breakfast to our community.
The number of people that our lodge reached this weekend was well over two thousand; almost 3800 subs, 500 raffle tickets and serving breakfast to another 200.
You cannot put a price on that kind of reach. We are very proud of the work we do and the charities we support. Thank you all.

-Brother Brian Roberts

Great Mason-related finds

Just received my Lego Past Master, and he is so cool! Cap, gavel, and even a Past Master apron that looks almost identical to my own. If you go to Etsy.com and search “masonic” or “freemason” you will find some very unique items for sale, much of it by fellow Brothers. Um… guess I should have added this info about a month before Christmas. Maybe get them as gifts next year, IF you’re on the Nice list 🙂

Here is the link to item shown (standard Lego head, so you can change it to anything you find such as beard, facial expression, etc.)

2019 Officer Installation

On Nov. 18th, the 2019 Officers were installed by Most Worshipful Brother Ron Winnett. Congratulations to Worshipful Brother Chris Wallace and his officers. The ceremony also included recognition of service award members, the Craft Club Member of the Year (WB Fred Ford) and the Sandy Goldhardt Award winner (Amanda Kondrath). Following the ceremony, refreshments were served downstairs and friendship and brotherly love was observed. Thank you all who attended and we look forward to another great year.
